About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, project plans and other materials
Analyze procurement data to identify price trends, contract savings and non-compliant purchasing
Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources and varying quality levels
Develop and scale hotel reporting and support reporting initiative roll-outs
Assess HSM business needs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Modify or enhance business processes and technologies as needed
Prepare ad-hoc reporting and support day-to-day analytics and reports
Coordinate setup of new customers in internal systems
Participate in meetings with suppliers, hotels and internal stakeholders
Prepare hotel business reviews and participate in business performance meetings
Attend industry events to maintain market and customer knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant experience in Hospitality, Procurement, Analytics and/or a combination
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Relevant experience working within a large, global, matrixed organization
Strong understanding of analytics and the hospitality procurement environment
Relevant experience in change management, application support and/or process improvement
Business fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL and Tableau
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused approach
BA/BS bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or Informational Management would be helpful
A minimum of 2 years of relevant analysis work experience would be helpful
