About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic management of group and transient inventory, including rate controls, blackout dates, and sellout strategies
- Evaluate key metrics, historical data, and market trends to refine pricing strategies and revenue management processes
- Oversee demand forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and local events monitoring
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to align profitability and operational strategies

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and Now
- Candidates residing within approximately one hour of the properties
- Ability to manage strategic group and transient room inventory
- Ability to evaluate revenue metrics, historical data, and market trends
- Knowledge of demand forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and local events monitoring
- Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office
- Performance management and team development experience
