About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand the detailed needs of customers, suppliers, hotel owners and operators and how these needs fit into the big-picture solution set
  • Create user flows, write detailed user stories and requirements, support wireframe and prototype creation, and manage the backlog
  • Oversee requirements development and lead end-to-end user acceptance testing for new features, integrations, and products
  • Conduct competitive and comparative analysis and track industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop customer-insight-led recommendations with executive summaries and supporting details by requesting and analyzing data from multiple sources
  • Present customer, market, and operational insights to product and business leaders and delivery teams, gathering feedback to inform product decisions
  • Lead business and technology team discussions for discovery, solutioning, and delivery
  • Collaborate with technology, marketing and loyalty, analytics, sales, and commercial services teams
  • Work with third-party vendors on product needs, testing activities, and delivery of enhancements and fixes
  • Own detailed requirements and product documentation for Hilton's B2B programs and Groups, Meetings and Events products
  • Own insight-led recommendations and presentations supporting product strategy decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five (5) years of professional experience, including one (1) year of Product Management or related experience
  • Experience capturing detailed requirements for complex programs
  • Experience collaborating with a broad range of partners to deliver successful outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Experience in Groups, Meetings and Events or B2B preferred
  • Experience working with third-party vendors preferred
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, VS Code and/or Figma preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
