About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Hilton Worldwide Sales teams with their day-to-day work
- Assist all segments, providing administrative and sales support to the teams
- Prepare customer facing business reviews and presentations
- Qualify potential clients (prospects) and conduct group business follow-up
- Support marketing collaterals creation (e.g., invitations, surveys)
- Consolidate client performance analysis & reporting
- Accompany Sales teams to client appointments
- Assist Sales representatives in organizing client events (Sales Weeks, Networking Events, Workshops, Trade shows in Spain)
- Support RFP launch and follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be pursuing a master’s degree
- A master's degree in Tourism / Hotel Management is preferred, or work experience within hospitality
- Must be able to commit to a 6-month internship, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must be available from the 1st September 2026
- Must be in possession of an appropriate form of right to work in Spain
- Must be able to speak, read and write English & Spanish fluently – Portuguese will be a plus
- A keen interest in Sales and the Travel / Hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
- A positive, can-do attitude
