Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for performing all phases of the recruitment and selection process for designated departments
Establish effective recruitment pipelines to access top level talent
Deliver timely and effective customer service to clients to meet hiring needs
Use existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview, and present candidates
Ensure regular communication with clients to provide updates
Attend community and local events and job fairs
Support company-wide initiatives by serving on special projects within Talent Acquisition Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma/GED
Prior experience in Vacation Ownership industry
Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to travel locally or out of state to attend hiring events and job fairs
Must be local on the Big Island
Bilingual in English and Japanese (helpful)
Strong planning and organizational skills using the ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate events (helpful)
