About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a crucial role in our Retail Marketing team, promoting and selling vacation packages.
  • Address field-based assignments within a designated region and oversee operations.
  • Ensure a smooth transition back to regular management and operational standards.
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition for Sales Representatives and support staff management.
  • Rehabilitate assigned locations to meet performance targets and operational goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or field operations; multi-location or regional experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and improve performance, including leading teams in fast-paced, sales-driven environments
  • Experience supporting or leading Talent Acquisition efforts, including interviewing and hiring sales teams
  • Passion for coaching, training, and developing talent to achieve individual and team goals
  • Ability to quickly assess business needs and implement solutions to meet performance and operational targets
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
  • Willingness to travel to support business needs across assigned regions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence teams at all levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and compliance (hiring, onboarding, payroll) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ATS or CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
