About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collection activity that facilitates the maintenance of acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management.
Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages and other key performance indicators.
Legally, ethically and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received.
Maintain detailed and organized support documentation related to the handling of any owner account. Request skip tracing.
Assist all members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required!

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma/GED
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Must meet federal and state license requirements
Flexible Schedule M-Sat from 8am to 10pm
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
More than 6 months collections experience or related area (Customer Services or Sales)
Skip tracing experience
Timeshare Industry, Financial Services or Banking experience
