About the role
- Support Hilton Grand Vacations by preparing and analyzing financial results
- Manage forecasting activities
- Drive process improvements across Portfolio Finance
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance reporting
- Develop high‑level analyses
- Support budgeting efforts
- Deliver insights on mortgage portfolio performance
- Manage multiple projects and provide executive‑level presentations
- Contribute to strategic initiatives led by senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- B.A. degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or relevant studies
- Experience with MS Office Suite: Excel (including modeling/analysis, charts, etc.), PowerPoint (including charts) is required
- Preferred technical (SQL) experience and querying data
- Demonstrates the ability to conduct data testing and validation in a highly methodical and systematic manner
- Ability to lead projects across multiple departments and analyze data
- Ability to understand complex systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to senior management and executives
- Ability to prioritize and maintain workflow under tight conditions
- Timeshare related experience
- Advanced Excel modeling skills desirable; advanced degrees and relevant certifications
- Experienced with Cognos Analytics
