About the role
- Assist with auditing content updates on online travel agents (OTAs), direct sites, wholesaler and other distribution channels.
- Assist with ensuring marketing strategies are implemented and campaigns and promotions are set up correctly.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Assist with conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities to drive bookings.
- Assist with analyzing data and reports to better understand market trends to stay competitive.
- Provide support in meetings with other departments when communicating all marketing efforts and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and market managers.
- Work with revenue and inventory teams to develop marketing strategies that maximize revenue budgets.
- Work with our automation team to ensure rates, inventory and reservation delivery is pushing correctly for all partners.
- Mentor a team of marketing coordinators, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Understand all standard operational procedures, tools and resources to support the coordinators.
- Assist with ensuring wholesaler agreements are drafted and executed correctly.
- Represent the HGV brand in related partner events and conferences.
- Provide support and assistance to the management team in all requested job duties, projects, and events.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality environment or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet.
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Work in a data-driven environment.
- In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality partnerships and channel distribution.
- Experience with Hilton systems.
- Experience with channel management companies, online travel agents, and understanding of wholesalers.
