About the role

  • Assist with auditing content updates on online travel agents (OTAs), direct sites, wholesaler and other distribution channels.
  • Assist with ensuring marketing strategies are implemented and campaigns and promotions are set up correctly.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Assist with conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities to drive bookings.
  • Assist with analyzing data and reports to better understand market trends to stay competitive.
  • Provide support in meetings with other departments when communicating all marketing efforts and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and market managers.
  • Work with revenue and inventory teams to develop marketing strategies that maximize revenue budgets.
  • Work with our automation team to ensure rates, inventory and reservation delivery is pushing correctly for all partners.
  • Mentor a team of marketing coordinators, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Understand all standard operational procedures, tools and resources to support the coordinators.
  • Assist with ensuring wholesaler agreements are drafted and executed correctly.
  • Represent the HGV brand in related partner events and conferences.
  • Provide support and assistance to the management team in all requested job duties, projects, and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality environment or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Work in a data-driven environment.
  • In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality partnerships and channel distribution.
  • Experience with Hilton systems.
  • Experience with channel management companies, online travel agents, and understanding of wholesalers.
