About the role

  • Inform the Regional Hotel Marketing Manager of upcoming promotions that need creation, updates, or revisions.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must, along with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • GED or High School Diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
  • Proven ability to build professional relationships and maintain strong working partnerships.
  • Analytical outlook to evaluate promotions and find opportunities for improvement.
  • Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience (Preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred).
  • Experience using Workfront or similar project management software (Preferred).
