About the role
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive working calendar for all promotions.
- Inform the Regional Hotel Marketing Manager of upcoming promotions that need creation, updates, or revisions.
- Maintain all key marketing spreadsheets, including:
- Advertising Schedule
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must, along with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple deadlines.
- GED or High School Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and maintain strong working partnerships.
- Analytical outlook to evaluate promotions and find opportunities for improvement.
- Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience (Preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred).
- Experience using Workfront or similar project management software (Preferred).
