About the role
- receiving pre arrival allocations of upcoming arrivals of Hilton Grand Vacations Club Members, renters and all qualified customers staying on property.
- Calls will be made to these assigned leads before they arrive offering customer/marketing services and inviting all arrivals that are eligible on a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of Vacation Ownership or Timeshare sales and marketing experience.
- 6 months of vacation ownership telephonic sales and/ or marketing.
- Proven experience with high volume, outbound and inbound call handling.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to speak on the phone for long periods of time
- Engaging personality and positive attitude.
