About the role
- This position is responsible for managing and overseeing various activities of the Receivables Servicing team, which includes HOA Accounts Receivable and Mortgage Loans Receivable.
- This position understands the details of operational tasks and utilizes available technology to automate and streamline activities.
- Due to operational needs and requirements, the position may focus on specific areas of the business and manage particular functions in support of the receivables portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years or related experience
- 3+ plus years of management experience
- Highly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Extensive experience completing bank or cash reconciliations, with Accounting and or loan servicing / receivables experience.
- Experience automating and standardizing operational processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working in a mortgage / loan servicing application, such as Servicing Director, NLS, or other
- Willingness to work occasional overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Master’s Degree
- 7+ plus years of related experience
- 4+ plus years of management experience
