About the role

  • Collaborate with site leadership and functional managers to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Lead HR activities related to integration into the new corporate entity, including communications, workforce planning, policy harmonization, and role alignment
  • Partner with Global Functions on recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, and retention strategies tailored to site and functional needs
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and recommend resolutions
  • Ensure local compliance with federal, state, and corporate HR policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or generalist in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and communications
