About the role
- Collaborate with site leadership and functional managers to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Lead HR activities related to integration into the new corporate entity, including communications, workforce planning, policy harmonization, and role alignment
- Partner with Global Functions on recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, and retention strategies tailored to site and functional needs
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and recommend resolutions
- Ensure local compliance with federal, state, and corporate HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or generalist in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and communications
