About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in reviewing client “Request for Quotes” and support the internal coordination to clarify technical and commercial requirements
- Support follow-up with clients via email or phone under supervision to gather required information and assist in progressing quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams and Coperion Headquarters to track order status and support logistics and documentation processes, including shipment and customs clearance
- Assist in maintaining records, updating trackers, and preparing basic reports related to sales activities
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed
- Gain exposure to sales processes and contribute to team objectives under guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, or a related field
- Interest in technical products and industrial environments
- Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured way
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
