About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Commercial Department to oversee end-to-end commercial operations
Month-end reporting, commercial finance, GST compliance
Export-import management, banking operations, and logistics supervision
Authorization of Sales and Service Invoices
Review and authorization of GST returns
Reconciliation of GST records with books of accounts
Liaising with CHA for duty drawback and customs clearance
Management of E-way bills and domestic transport logistics
Supervision of logistics team and ensuring timely dispatch operations
Management of bank accounts and compliance related to credit lines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors in Commerce or Bachelors in Business Administration
Strength in Commercial finance/Credit Management
Aware about INCOTERMS
Aware about Taxation and basic commercial terms required to learn above tasks
Proficient in Excel
Effective communication skills: Verbal, Written and Presentation
