About the role
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Department
- Prepare quotations and order confirmations
- Coordinate service visits and handle customer inquiries
- Process invoices and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Monitor and approve service engineers’ working hours and absences
- Check machine status remotely and assist customers with troubleshooting
- Create customer invoices and manage shipping documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships
Requirements
- MBO-level education in Administration, Business Support, or related field
- Proven experience in a customer-focused administrative role
- Some technical experience appreciated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in Dutch; good command of English is required; German is an asset
- Ability to manage stress and peak workloads
- Very flexible, team oriented, reliable, independent and self-motivated
