About the role

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Department
  • Prepare quotations and order confirmations
  • Coordinate service visits and handle customer inquiries
  • Process invoices and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Monitor and approve service engineers’ working hours and absences
  • Check machine status remotely and assist customers with troubleshooting
  • Create customer invoices and manage shipping documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships

Requirements

  • MBO-level education in Administration, Business Support, or related field
  • Proven experience in a customer-focused administrative role
  • Some technical experience appreciated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in Dutch; good command of English is required; German is an asset
  • Ability to manage stress and peak workloads
  • Very flexible, team oriented, reliable, independent and self-motivated
