About the role
- Ensure all Milacron sites provide a safe workplace for employees
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Measure and communicate key metrics that drive effectiveness of EHS programs
- Investigate injuries/illnesses, near-misses, and environmental incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a safety or environmental related field required
- 7–10 years managing Environmental, Health, & Safety in a manufacturing environment
- Broad knowledge of environmental, health, & safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification desirable
