About the role
- Create and maintain user manuals, technical guides, and digital content to support our products and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Write, edit, and update documentation for external users.
- Develop visual aids like detailed plans and videos.
- Follow style guides to ensure consistency.
- Research product features and technology updates.
Requirements
- Degree qualified or working experience in Mechanical Engineering.
- Mechanical Design experience.
- Demonstrable experience in writing technical manuals designed for external users.
- Strong writing skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
- Knowledge of tools like FrameMaker or InDesign is a plus.
- Organised, proactive, and a team player.
- Motivated with an eye for innovation and continuous learning.
