About the role

  • Coordinate our internal teams: plan, organize and monitor the activities of the various teams (design office/engineering, manufacturing, assembly, supply chain, site teams) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage client relationships: ensure clear communication, understand client needs, present project progress and milestones, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. Clients are both French and international.
  • Manage administrative tasks and documentation: handle contractual aspects (amendments), update schedules, manage resources, and maintain the technical and administrative documentation related to each project.
  • Propose improvements to our internal processes: identify areas for optimization and recommend actions to strengthen the efficiency, quality and responsiveness of our operations.

Requirements

  • General engineering degree (or equivalent)
  • Initial professional experience or internship/placement as a project manager or assistant project manager, new-build engineer, or in a similar role within a demanding industrial environment
  • Comfortable with tools: CAD, PDM, ERP (e.g., SAP)
  • Working level of English — you enjoy working in an international environment (European clients and large export markets)
  • Ability to synthesize information
  • Technical curiosity and a capacity to learn quickly
  • Rigour and a structured approach
