About the role
- Define and implement Milacron’s enterprise integration roadmap.
- Establish and enforce integration standards, methodologies, and governance practices.
- Drive cross-functional integration initiatives.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integrations across multiple enterprise systems.
- Ensure integration solutions strengthen cross-functional business processes.
- Manage integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.
- Leverage modern integration approaches (APIs, middleware, ETL, event-driven architecture).
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of integration specialists and engineers.
- Manage vendor relationships for integration initiatives.
- Maintain integration documentation, standards, and reference architectures.
- Ensure integrations adhere to data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Promote automation, reusability, and modernization in integration practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience integrating major enterprise applications such as ERP (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred), PLM, HRIS, and MES systems.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL, EDI, event-driven architecture).
- Experience with cloud and hybrid integration platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management abilities.
