About the role
- Support implementation of new global HRIS
- Manage employee data and troubleshoot system issues

Requirements
- Associates’ degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2 plus years of experience in HRIS administration, implementation, or similar role
- Familiarity with specific HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycor, Dayforce)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database management, interfaces, and/or Open API
- Skilled in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and data management tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
