  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database management, interfaces, and/or Open API
  • Skilled in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and data management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
