About the role
- Actively selling all Aftermarket Products to customers in the EMEA territory
- Achieving established company goals while acting in accordance with Group established policies
- Forecasting sales volume and participating in market penetration plans
- Participating in trade shows and service seminars
- Ensuring timely follow-up on leads and monitoring quotations
- Collaborating with appropriate Inside Sales leaders to prioritize quotes
- Maintaining and implementing training programs with Agents in EMEA
Requirements
- Technical-commercial education with further training in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of production processes employed within the food and pharmaceutical industries
- Experience in the industry of direct bulk material handling is highly desired
- Ability to motivate people to achieve goals
- Results-focused personality with vision, energy and flair
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of selling process, marketing techniques
- Drive and be a role model for the company values & behaviours
