About the role
- Responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets for the European aftermarket business
- Lead a professional team of spare parts sales representatives, retrofit technical experts, customer service staff, and field service technicians in Germany as well as in the sales offices in France and Spain
- Develop an annual strategic lifecycle management, sales and marketing plan
- Continuous market and competitor monitoring
- Negotiate customer contracts
- Maintain and expand customer relationships
- Oversee field service activities
- Collect customer feedback
- Train and develop service personnel
- Annual budget and manpower planning
- Develop, communicate and track KPIs
- Provide regular feedback to develop individual capabilities and build effective teams
- Actively interact with other global Milacron locations.
