About the role

  • Responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets for the European aftermarket business
  • Lead a professional team of spare parts sales representatives, retrofit technical experts, customer service staff, and field service technicians in Germany as well as in the sales offices in France and Spain
  • Develop an annual strategic lifecycle management, sales and marketing plan
  • Continuous market and competitor monitoring
  • Negotiate customer contracts
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships
  • Oversee field service activities
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Train and develop service personnel
  • Annual budget and manpower planning
  • Develop, communicate and track KPIs
  • Provide regular feedback to develop individual capabilities and build effective teams
  • Actively interact with other global Milacron locations.
