About the role
- Responsible for the technical service
- Equipment commissioning at customer sites
- Training customers and conducting trials
- Unload, install, and take care of machinery setup at customer sites
- Conduct trials both in-house and at customer sites
- Perform preventative maintenance and support factory activities
- Produce progress reports
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
Requirements
- Graduated or currently enrolled in a mechanical trade program
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical
- Electrical knowledge would be appreciated
- Passionate about troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service
- Willingness to travel (at short notice) and work on customer sites both in the UK and Ireland 70% of the time
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
