About the role

  • Part of a small expert team, responsible for technical service and equipment commissioning at customer sites.
  • Unload, install, and set up machinery at customer sites, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Conduct trials both in-house and at customer sites.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Graduated or currently enrolled in a mechanical trade program.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical.
  • Electrical knowledge would be appreciated.
  • Passionate about troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service.
  • Willingness to travel (at short notice) and work on customer sites both in the UK and Ireland 70% of the time.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
