About the role
- Supporting to Field Engineer in preparation of Sales related Documents
- New Customer Addition
- Preparation of Quotations (SFDC / Manual)
- Preparation of Proforma Invoices
- Preparation of Order Specification Data
- Coordination with Financial Institutions - NBFC & Bank
- Preparation of Advance Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, Corporate Guarantee
- Preparation of Credit Approval documents and agreement
- Machine Readiness Intimation to Customer & Payment follow-up
- Monthly Shipment Plan to Sales
- Preparation & Maintenance of MIS related to Sales Data preparation, MIS and data entry into ERP system
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical)
- 4+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
