About the role
- Design industrial control panels using AutoCAD Electrical and/or EPLAN
- Support local manufacturing operations by diagnosing and resolving electrical issues
- Specify and source electrical components to meet design and functionality requirements
- Occasionally program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs
- Create and maintain process control system documentation for end users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 months of CAD experience
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and initiative skills
- Technical writing skills for control system documentation
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or EPLAN (preferred)
- Knowledge of National Electric Code and UL508 standards (preferred)
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial network communications (preferred)
- Knowledge of Coperion Process Solutions and Schenck Process products (preferred)
- Experience with HMI screen development and troubleshooting (preferred)
