About the role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging for Milacron’s product portfolio
  • Promote thought leadership by developing content and campaigns that reinforce Milacron’s expertise in manufacturing and innovation
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Oversee demand generation efforts across digital and traditional channels
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including marketing automation, pipeline development, and content strategy, to enhance customer engagement
  • Support product launches through targeted go-to-market plans
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure consistent global brand messaging and visual identity
  • Direct planning and execution of trade shows and customer events
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or B2B environments preferred
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics and performance marketing in B2B contexts
  • Proven success in brand strategy, campaign execution, and team development
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
