About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead brand positioning and messaging for Milacron’s product portfolio
- Promote thought leadership by developing content and campaigns that reinforce Milacron’s expertise in manufacturing and innovation
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Oversee demand generation efforts across digital and traditional channels
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including marketing automation, pipeline development, and content strategy, to enhance customer engagement
- Support product launches through targeted go-to-market plans
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure consistent global brand messaging and visual identity
- Direct planning and execution of trade shows and customer events
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or B2B environments preferred
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and performance marketing in B2B contexts
- Proven success in brand strategy, campaign execution, and team development
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
