About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the lead funnel end-to-end: attract, capture, nurture, and hand off qualified leads to sales, partnerships, or intake
Build and manage lead capture mechanisms across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email, including landing pages, forms, DM funnels, newsletter sign-ups, and gated content
Define qualified-lead criteria with leadership and track the pipeline against that standard
Develop and publish consumer/patient-facing educational Instagram content and professional thought-leadership LinkedIn content focused on lead actions
Engage with followers, DMs, and comments to convert interest into leads
Build and deploy newsletters and targeted lead-nurturing campaigns
Manage subscriber segmentation by lead stage while maintaining healthcare communication compliance
Set up automated workflows to qualify and warm leads with minimal manual effort
Supervise and mentor the digital growth intern, assigning lead-generation tasks, providing feedback, and setting weekly priorities
Collaborate with management on campaign calendars and strategic direction anchored to lead targets
Report to leadership on lead volume, lead quality, and pipeline health

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn social media accounts and email marketing platforms
Experience with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing platforms
Prior experience or strong interest in the medical, wellness, or healthcare sector
Ability to communicate medical and health concepts accessibly, accurately, and engagingly
Willingness to mentor, train, and manage an entry-level intern
Strong copywriting and basic visual design skills
Proficiency in tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and proactive
Ability to work closely with senior leadership
