About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set positioning and messaging for Hilbert, and carry it through every new product launch
- Own go-to-market strategy and customer communications for updates
- Own end-to-end product marketing efforts including external communications, messaging, and launch strategy
- Build and run Hilbert's content engine: podcast, thought leadership, case studies, and marketing materials
- Plan and run events that put Hilbert in front of the operators and enterprises who need us most
- Partner directly with the founding team and GTM leaders on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and market research
- Set the brand voice and keep it consistent across every touchpoint
- Develop repeatable marketing systems, content cadence, and measurement as the function scales
- Build and lead a marketing team as Hilbert grows, and shape the function's roadmap from here
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in product marketing with experience supporting enterprise customers
- You owned marketing broadly: positioning, messaging, pricing, launches
- You can work with a technical, data-heavy product
- You understand product marketing fundamentals and communicate with clarity
- You have experience running product launches and marketing strategies, ideally at a fast-moving product or technology company.
- You have a genuine passion for shaping the future of work with AI, a growth mindset, and a scrappy, high-ownership approach to getting things done, where you define your own playbook
