About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research and synthesize complex topics quickly: competitive landscape, market dynamics, product positioning, client context
Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and follow-up communications on behalf of the CEO
Track and manage cross-functional projects — owning progress across teams and flagging blockers early
Analyze data and build models to support decision-making (business cases, scenario analysis, growth metrics)
Assist in investor-facing and board-level prep: narrative building, data packaging, deck reviews
Draft internal and external communications (emails, memos, Slack threads) with minimal direction
Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to stay close to the business and connect dots across functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong quantitative background — math, statistics, engineering, or economics (Math Olympiad or equivalent is a major plus)
Extremely sharp and intellectually curious
1–2 years of experience
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Genuine interest in AI and growth
