About the role
- Assisting in all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration
- Contributing to various team meetings
- Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
- Assisting clients with questions and issue resolution
- Participating as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience with insurance license
- Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and computer skills, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, analytical, written, and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, flexible, able to multi-task and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
