About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and oversee operations in aseptic areas
- Execute and oversee the environmental monitoring program during filling operations
- Oversee and plan media fills
- Train personnel and implement control systems to eliminate environmental monitoring discrepancies
- Support the department’s Safety and Quality commitments
- Drive operational excellence and execution in regulatory compliance, cost reduction, and task execution
- Meet budget, quality, and production goals
- Interpret manufacturing policies, procedures, and programs
- Monitor production, capacity, and quality performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science
- 3–5 years of experience in aseptic manufacturing and environmental monitoring
- High-level understanding and proficiency in aseptic technique
- Ability to execute and optimize the environmental monitoring program in filling operations
- High level of written and non-written communication skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze statistical information
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality
