About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches and ongoing promotional efforts
  • Collaborate on surveys to capture internal and external insights and analyze and present findings
  • Monitor marketing spends and track promotional budgets with Finance guidance
  • Coordinate and maintain customer-facing marketing materials and digital assets across multiple channels
  • Work with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand messaging
  • Submit and track promotional materials through MLR platforms such as Vodori
  • Liaise with external vendors to develop and deliver marketing assets on time and to required quality standards
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to provide marketing tools supporting field activities and customer engagement
  • Create and maintain training resources for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage NPL activities and maintain the NPL Sales Tracker and US Injectables Marketing SharePoint site
  • Prepare marketing materials and logistics for industry conferences and events
  • Manage customer inquiries from injectable branded websites
  • Participate in team meetings and day-to-day marketing operations
  • Perform ad-hoc marketing tasks and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with FDA promotional guidelines and regulatory review processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with external vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit
