About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver and coordinate training sessions on the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) policy, and other Group compliance policies and guidelines for employees, third parties, and other relevant stakeholders across the region.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and awareness content (presentations, e-learning modules, communications) tailored to regional needs and local regulatory context.
  • Track training completion rates, maintain accurate records, and follow up with functions/territories on outstanding training requirements.
  • Support the roll-out of new or updated policies, ensuring employees understand practical implications for their day-to-day work.
  • Conduct periodic audits and monitoring reviews of sales expenses, promotional activities, and other commercial/field-force activities to verify compliance with Group policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; a professional compliance certification (e.g. ICA, CCEP) is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or a related control function, ideally within a multinational or pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.
  • Working knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption frameworks (e.g. FCPA, UK Bribery Act), and third-party due diligence practices.
  • Experience conducting audits, monitoring reviews, or investigations, with the ability to identify risk and document findings clearly.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken); additional regional languages are an advantage.
