About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities.
- Review tender requirements and assess eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and submit tender documentation within established deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and other stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of pricing proposals and commercial offers.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of tender submissions.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Tender Management, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
