About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, optimization, and continuous improvement of site-wide HVAC, utility, and energy systems.
Provide technical leadership in system operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Apply sound engineering principles to support the design, implementation, and commissioning of new equipment and infrastructure.
Collaborate with external engineering firms and vendors to support capital projects, facility upgrades, and operational improvements.
Track and report progress to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, processes, and continuous improvement opportunities related to HVAC, utilities, and energy systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering) with 7+ years of relatable experience OR Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering) with 5+ years of relatable experience OR Master’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering) with 3+ years of relatable experience
Preferred candidate would have 3+ years of previous pharmaceutical industry experience.
