About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning, optimization, and continuous improvement of site-wide HVAC, utility, and energy systems.
  • Provide technical leadership in system operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Apply sound engineering principles to support the design, implementation, and commissioning of new equipment and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with external engineering firms and vendors to support capital projects, facility upgrades, and operational improvements.
  • Track and report progress to ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, processes, and continuous improvement opportunities related to HVAC, utilities, and energy systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering) with 7+ years of relatable experience OR Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering) with 5+ years of relatable experience OR Master’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering) with 3+ years of relatable experience
  • Preferred candidate would have 3+ years of previous pharmaceutical industry experience.
