About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy and business plans for the Hematology portfolio to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and developing talent to ensure a high-performing organization
  • Drive commercial excellence through effective sales execution, territory optimization, forecasting, and performance management
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, purchasing authorities, and other stakeholders to maximize business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and healthcare dynamics to identify growth opportunities and develop appropriate business actions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of brand strategies and customer engagement plans
  • Lead product lifecycle management initiatives, including launch readiness, portfolio expansion, market penetration, and lifecycle optimization to maximize product performance
  • Analyze sales performance, business metrics, and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure effective customer service and issue resolution by coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction and business continuity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, ethical standards, and local healthcare requirements across all commercial activities
  • Manage departmental resources and budgets effectively to optimize return on investment and support sustainable business growth
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus within the sales organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field
  • 8–11 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive managerial experience leading sales teams
  • Mandatory experience in Hematology and Oncology products and market dynamics
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
