About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support inventory-related financial controls through proper stock identification, organization, and labelling
- Perform regular cycle counts of spare parts inventory and ensure accuracy of physical vs. system quantities
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, proposing corrective actions where applicable
- Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records in ERP systems
- Collaborate with finance and warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory control compliance
- Prepare basic reports related to inventory movements and variances
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to inventory management
- Provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework such as accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization); Power BI or CRM experience a plus
- Understanding of GAAP analysis
- Professional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-driven environment
- Work with urgency to ensure that inquiries are efficiently managed
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple project activities under general supervision
- Must be organized and detail/deadline oriented
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, no sponsorship offered at this time
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
- Must be willing to take a drug test
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
