About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and govern end‑to‑end supply chain processes for injectables, including demand & supply planning, S&OP/IBP, aseptic manufacturing planning, inventory & expiry management, and cold‑chain distribution
  • Design scalable, standardized processes that address injectables‑specific challenges
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, sterility, and internal quality standards
  • Act as the business lead for injectables supply chain systems
  • Translate complex business requirements into system and data design
  • Partner with IT on compliant, validated system enhancements and new digital capabilities
  • Lead master data governance
  • Integrate internal sterile sites and CMOs into global processes and systems
  • Govern interfaces between planning, MES, MRP, and Quality systems
  • Drive consistent execution across packaging and distribution stages
  • Ensure GxP compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or IS (Master’s preferred)
  • Manager: 6–8+ years | Senior Manager: 8–12+ years of supply chain experience, preferably within injectables or sterile manufacturing
  • Strong experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments
  • Deep understanding of injectable supply chain complexities (aseptic manufacturing, cold chain, shelf life)
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP, IBP/APO, or similar planning systems
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, global initiatives without direct authority
