About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish a comprehensive and accessible product information system
  • Organize training schedules for the sales team to enhance their understanding of the product portfolio
  • Identify market segments, competitive positioning, development trends, and growth opportunities
  • Monitor and report product and sales team performance to assess effectiveness and recommend adjustments
  • Coordinate planning, logistics, and product development to ensure cost-effective marketing campaigns and promotional events
  • Plan for new product introductions and develop strategic marketing plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support business growth and strategy development
  • Perform comprehensive product evaluations and provide recommendations based on financials, risks, and technology trends
  • Monitor industry trends and apply insights to maintain a robust product pipeline
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify potential new products and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for product launches and lifecycle management
  • Work collaboratively with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze product performance, manage risks, and forecast sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field
  • A master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or a related field is a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 1 year in product portfolio management and marketing
  • Proven experience in Oncology , with a solid understanding of therapeutic areas, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities
