About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and conducting appointments with doctors and medical professionals to promote Hikma products.
Achieving the overall sales target while monitoring competitor’s activities and threats.
Following up on and reviewing Hikma products’ performance within the market through clients’ responses and other indicators.
Conducting daily visits to healthcare professionals to promote assigned products.
Assessing patients and doctors needs and position the benefits of the brands effectively.
Maintaining strong disease and product knowledge in assigned therapy area.
Building trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Hikma’s image.
Monitoring and analyzing data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
Reviewing sales performance and developing Marketing plans to achieve objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy is a must.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of related experience.
Oncology/ immunology experience is required.
UAE experience is a must.
GCC experience is a plus.
