About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

To draft, review, and negotiate all type of legal contracts for both internal and external parties in a timely manner
Advise and provide legal opinions on all legal issues in Egypt
Draft and review resolutions and follow up with relevant authorities
Manage litigation cases with external law firms
Advise on regulatory and legal matters
Maintain filing systems and archiving process
Administer and manage contracts
Assist in the preparation and development of the budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

B. Sc. of Law degree (English Section is a must – French section is a plus)
A minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience at a top law firm and/or in-house.
Fluency in Arabic, English (French is a plus).
Experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
Detail-oriented, resourceful with excellent follow-through skills, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong intercultural, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
