About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Creation of content for social media and digital communications aligned with the brand strategy;
- Support in organizing events and fairs, including job fairs;
- Support internal communications (newsletters, announcements and corporate initiatives);
- Liaise with various departments of the industrial unit, ensuring communications comply with applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations;
- Support the implementation of the marketing plan, including monitoring internal activities at manufacturing units.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies or related fields;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office digital tools;
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (preferred);
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and metrics analysis;
- Creativity and critical thinking;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset;
- Energetic and proactive attitude;
