About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and follow engineering, maintenance, and operations policies and procedures
- Supervise and coordinate technical teams (technicians and operators) during shifts
- Monitor system performance after maintenance or modifications to detect any anomalies
- Track faults, defects, and incidents to ensure continuity of operations
- Analyze equipment reliability and failure trends to develop preventive maintenance plans
- Read and interpret technical manuals and work orders to perform required interventions
- Identify operational issues and ensure proper resolution or escalation
- Provide technical support and coaching to teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes (productivity, cost, quality)
- Assist in the preparation of technical and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Master’s degree in engineering is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and technical operations
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of industrial systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills
