About the role
- Supporting and executing Operational Excellence and process optimization projects
- Planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities to ensure timely delivery
- Analyzing production data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Pharmaceutical, or similar)
- Up to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment (pharmaceutical experience is a strong plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and digital systems
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach
