About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and process electronically stored information (ESI) for legal review platforms
- Handle sensitive client data for litigation, analytics, and hosted review
- Support and maintain multiple databases and projects while following strict security and confidentiality standards
- Migrate data to secure, online platforms used by legal teams
- Troubleshoot processing and database issues until a full resolution is achieved
- Double-check data accuracy and ensure all client and project requirements are met
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to keep projects moving and on track
- Meet deadlines and ensure data deliverables are accurate and high quality
- Stay up to date on eDiscovery standards, tools, and technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as an eDiscovery Analyst (law firm or eDiscovery vendor experience is a plus)
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills
- Programming or technical experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working graveyard shifts (weekends off)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to dig into problems until they’re solved
