About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In close collaboration with the community manager, webmaster and social media manager, you will work to increase Handicap International’s visibility on social media and the web.
  • You will respond to inquiries from Handicap International’s community in France across the different platforms.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and engaging affinity communities and groups related to the organization’s activities and for creating content.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing this activity and contributing to the construction of dashboards.
  • You will respond to users’ messages and moderate exchanges on social media.
  • You will create varied content (text, visuals, videos, etc.) adapted to different digital channels.
  • You will plan and publish content across platforms using the centralized tool Agorapulse.
  • You will contribute to monitoring, identification and benchmarking activities, as well as influencer marketing projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Studies at university or in communication schools / digital or visual communication / political science / international relations
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience managing an editorial line related to communities
  • Versatility and strong digital proficiency
  • Proficiency with platform tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok, Agorapulse, for example)
  • Required knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, XD, Premiere, etc.)
  • Rigorous, autonomous, responsive and proactive
  • English (some meetings are held in English)
