About the role
- You will actively contribute to preparing and securing the migration to a new payroll software by providing a structured analysis of the current situation and operational recommendations for the next phases of the project.
- You will conduct an analysis of the context and the current state: Analysis of payroll organization and current processes, Mapping of flows, interfaces and existing tools, Identification of strengths, limitations and risks of the current setup, Gathering requirements from the payroll team, HR and internal stakeholders.
- You will contribute to defining the future tool: Participation in drafting the functional specifications for the future payroll software, Formalization of business, regulatory and organizational requirements, Potential benchmarking of market solutions suitable for the non-profit/NGO sector.
- You will participate in change support activities: Analysis of the impacts of the software change on practices, roles and skills, Proposal of change-management levers (communication, training, target organization), Production of summary deliverables and decision-support materials for HR leadership.
Requirements
- You are a final-year student (Master 2 or equivalent) in one of the following fields: Human Resources, Payroll, Organizational Management or HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- You demonstrate a strong interest in transformation projects and change management.
- A first experience in HR and/or payroll is highly valued, as is any involvement in a migration or software change project (payroll or HRIS), which would be a significant asset.
- With strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills, you demonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellent listening skills.
- Your collaborative spirit and interpersonal ease allow you to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

- · Internship duration: 5–6 months, ideally starting in March/April 2026
