About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and close new business opportunities in the German market
- Build and manage pipeline in partnership with SDRs and marketing
- Run discovery, demos, and tailored solution presentations
- Engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and CX
- Consistently hit and exceed ARR targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline (Salesforce)
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle ownership
- Strong track record of closing new business
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment
- Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and forecasting
- Fluent German and English
